POLICIES: - 15 minute grace period, if you do not show up within 15 minutes of scheduled appointment you will be charged a no show and appointment will be cancelled - refrain from bringing guests into the studio, there is a waiting room they can sit in during your appointment - I have the right to refuse service if I deem you are spreading/ promoting hate speech - if you feel sick let me know asap to reschedule appointment
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments cancelled 72 hours before appt will be charged 20% of service Appointments cancelled 48 hours before appt will be charged 50% of service No shows/Appointments cancelled day of will be charged 100% of service Invoice must be paid before rebooking
